Your Social Media Manager and content strategist Chetna delivers you the quality services. Products/services are designed and customized according to the clients which give the proper mapping and planning for social media marketing.
Strategy session (1-1 calls)
1-1 sessions are accessible online via the video meeting platform Google Meet. We process your request after the purchase has been done and will send a confirmation using the email address provided on the order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and shall contain the information needed. Within the next 48 hours, you get the details related to the session.
If you do not receive the details of the product/service after 48 hours of purchase, you can immediately contact savvychetna@gmail.com or +91-9205673002 (whatsapp) with your transaction/payment details to ensure your services are provided as soon as possible.
Social media Management service
After discussing your objectives and social media goals on the call you receive your quote via email within 24 hours. Once you complete your payment, you receive a questionnaire within next 24 hours, we keep a record of each step to find the best solution for your business. You get 2-3 days to fill the questionnaire, until then I do the research in your niche to understand more about your competition and audience.
Once I receive the completed questionnaire from you, I start creating the strategy and we discuss it over a zoom call or google meet. After approval from the client I start creating the content and start managing the social media account.
This onboarding week is not included in the management package. Duration starts after onboarding week.
Due to digital nature of session and social media management services, we do not issue refunds once the services are purchased. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service provided by our website.
