No cancellations & Refunds are entertained
The client who purchase services or products provided by Savvychetna. Product/Services are designed and customized according to the client which give the proper mapping and planning for social media marketing. Product/services will be delivered Digitally. It is not a product/service that can be purchased, used, and then returned. As a result of the sensitive, copyrighted content, the savvychetna will not refund product/service fees. Due to the digital nature of service or products, there is no refund/cancellation policy.

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Razorpay and Paypal. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
The website reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.
If any fraudulent or illegal transaction is suspected by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we have the sole discretion to cancel orders of such users. We shall maintain a negative list of all the fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
